Upgrading
I recently paid full year of basic, I now want to upgrade to plus. It's going to charge me £8 month or £80 annual, but says nothing about getting a refund from my basic which I've only used for 2 months ? Will I get a automatic refund ?

I have no device but charged annual subscription
I cannot get an answer on Chat and every number online will not connect me to customer support. We had a Ring installed and paid for 2 years. After 18 months we changed Internet provider and didn't manage to update the ring app. I contacted Ring via chat and was advised I had no account as no device

I am considering purchasing a Spotlight Cam Plus Wired £179.99. I already own a RING doorbell & chime. does the subscription that currently covers my doorbell also cover my new spotlight camera or do I have to purchase another separate subscription for the camera?
