Alarm system plan
I currently have Home Standard for the cameras / chimes I have at home can I add Ring Security pack to this plan, also does the siren require permanent power supply or is it battery powered

No credit card
Hi I'm looking to find an answer as I'm not having any luck I only have a visa debit card and this was no issue previously now I cant update my payment due to not having the now only accepted method of credit card

Doorbell notification
My Ring doorbell seems to be taking longer to notify us that someone is outside. This morning my husband walked past the front door and he was back inside and drinking his coffee before the notification trilled. It also didn’t show him walking past it a second time when he came back in.

I am unable to login to the app or my account. When I try with correct user name and password it says: 'Verification codes can't be sent via text message to the phone numbers in your region'I would like to change the 2FA to authenticator app.Is there anyway I can do that
