Doorbell will not charge

Hi. My doorbell will no longer charge. I bought a new battery to see if that helped but no luck. When I put it on charge I don't seem to get the blue light that goes round the button.

Camera damage

I have had my ring doorbell for 2 years now and due to it being on my front door and the weather it has worn away and the metal on the front is peeling away. Is this normal? Do you do doorbells that are compatible with rain as I feel I need to replace but don’t want to do this every 2 years. Thanks

troubleshooting

Pls help. I hVe the basic plan one camera and I’ve tried 1000’s of time to select the next plan to have all four camera recording. Payment can’t be verified. Customer service is disgraceful ive tried 4 times and they all give different answers. Even down to my bank being at fault. HELP.
