Warranty/Replacement
I am having trouble with 2 of my cameras. For some reason the lens is either damaged or scratched, which causes video to be constantly blurry. I have tried cleaning off the lense, and have done all troubleshooting suggestions. I can't seem to find any information on if they can be replaced or fixed?

Retrieve deleted videos
I started my trial account on Jan 3, so I thought I had until Feb 3 (today) to sign up for a plan. But to my surprise, all of my videos from the past month had been deleted before I signed up for a plan this morning. And I thought that once I signed up for a plan, I would get access back to my video

24/7 Beta Recording
With the Beta release of 24/7 recording I’m surprised that more hardwired devices were not included? I have mostly hardwired floodlight cams, and an elite stick up 2nd gen which all have constant power. Why are these not included especially when most people want 24/7 recording on the perimete

Can we get Automatic Invoice Emailing
The billing History portal struggles to load for me, I think due to us having multiple sites. I need to invoices to reconcile Billing. It would be a huge help if the invoices could be emailed to me when the card is run for them. Or you could fix the Billing Portal code so it loads. Thanks, Moxie
