I'm trying to watch ring doorbell 24/7 on my Alexa show, but it only stays the 15 or 20 minutes instead of 24/7. If I can't do that then I will have to cancel premium.

I need to get access to a Web page that has this information in black and white to supply this for a ongoing dispute. My dad uninstalled the app on his phone and then reinstalled and the argument was that unijstalling it had tampered with the recordings which isn't true. I've googled it and I can

Ring 4 rain cover
I have a ring 4 and I’ve fitted the angle wedge (for want of a better word) as supplied with the kit. My camera is open to the elements as I don’t have a porch. Can anyone recommend a rain cover bearing in mind I have fitted the wedge?
