Access to recordings

I need to get access to a Web page that has this information in black and white to supply this for a ongoing dispute. My dad uninstalled the app on his phone and then reinstalled and the argument was that unijstalling it had tampered with the recordings which isn't true.  I've googled it and I can see it on a webpage preview where it says that uninstalling the app does not delete recordings but when I click on the link I can't actually see on the page where it has the text.  Simply, would anyone know of any webpages where it clearly states that uninstalling the app does not tamper with the recordings. Thanks.
