I want to buy the best outdoor camera, and have been looking at «Outdoor Camera Plus» and «Spotlight Cam Pro». Which camera is best? Looking at the price, «Spotlight Cam Pro» should be the best, but «Outdoor Camera Plus» is newer? I don't need the light that is on «Spotlight Cam Pro».

I want to modify my order and buy 2 cameras in a promo pack instead of the one I just bought

The problem is : to cancel or to modify an order it has to be done within 45 min and over the phone’s customer service. But it is 4:40 AM and the phone lines open at 8am so I won’t be able to change my order :( is there any solution for me to change my order by any chance ? Can I speak to someone 2

I have a Ring Floodlight Camera that has a failing light. It tends to flicker a lot and not stay on, and at dusk when the light difference is not so significant, I can see it's not as bright as the other Floodlight. Can this be fixed?

I cannot connect my solar panel to my outdoor cam plus. When I take the rubber plug off the back of the camera and attempt to insert the barel plug from the solar panel there is no fitting inside the camera to accept the plug.

Does anyone know if there are any plans for sound notifications to be bought into indoor cameras.Ring seem very behind the times not having this feature. I’m desperate for two cameras for indoors and want the sound notifications ie barking.I’m looking at competitors , but as I already have the Ring
