I recently bought a new outside camera to replace one that stopped working. The new one is on trial period but how do I remove the old one from the plan and add the new one?

Unresponsive camera with stable blue light

New camera setup. The camera is not responding when I push the button or try to reset by holding for 20 seconds. Unplugged and plugged in multiple times. The blue light remains stable and unresponsive. Tried changing the adaptor with other ring camera as well. This is a powered camera - not battery.
