Add new camera to replace old camera to my plan

I recently bought a new outside camera to replace one that stopped working. The new one is on trial period but how do I remove the old one from the plan and add the new one?

    Hi @user_052327. Is this the Ring Home Basic plan? The Basic plan cannot be moved from one device to another. You can cancel your existing plan on Ring.com, then subscribe for the new camera. If you have the Ring Home Standard or Premium plan, this applies to all devices at the same location.

      this happened to me too and I want to cancel my plan as I was told to but I have followed steps but there's no cancel button. I followed all steps from ring but no cancel button is there

      Hi @user_8c430a. Make sure you're logged into the correct Ring account, and that you are not a Shared User. If you still need help canceling your Ring Home plan, please contact our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
