Ring Spotlight Cam Pro not charging via Solar - hasn't worked since purchase 6+ months ago

Ring Chime Plug in
Ring Chime plug in stopped working. I tried plugging it into another outlet and press the button for 15 sec and no green light shows. Also when moving to another outlet when plugging it in and flashing red light shows then disappears.

Smart plug-in charger
I bought this plug-in charger and see it’s for generation two. However, I have a generation four ring doorbell. I plugged it in the battery was at 100% within two days the batteries down to 92 percent. charger does not seem to be charging. Or is there a certain percentage before the charger kicks in

How to attach Ring Battery Doorbell HD Video to Stucco Wall?

Ring 2nd Gen Chime has stopped working.
Our 2nd gen chime (purchased Aug. 2022) has stopped working. None of the reset procedures work. If we plug it into a socket and turn on the power, the LED flashes red momentarily and then the unit will not respond, irrespective of how many seconds we hold down the reset button. We have tried plug
