Zones don’t show up on new retrofit install

I just installed a ring alarm retrofit kit. It seems to have connected to the alarm hub properly but the zones aren’t showing up in the “setup your alarm zones” window. I can see that the zones are correctly wired since they show up in the history when I open and close the sensors but the alarm does not recognize them as devices. Any thoughts?
