Wrong chime

I occasionally get a chime from a camera that is set for silence

Hi @Qazpl999. Are you receiving a motion notification from a Camera that does not have notifications enabled, or is the Camera temporarily snoozed using the Motion Snooze feature but the notification still comes through? Try toggling the notifications on and back off, or if you are using the Motion Snooze feature, turn this off and then toggle it back on for the desired amount of time.

Feel free to also share a screenshot of what notification settings you’re referring to in the Ring app, or what type of notification you’re receiving. That way I have a better idea of what you’re seeing on your end so I can provide more specific troubleshooting tips and tricks. :slight_smile:
