Worst Order Service Ever from RING

Ordered NEW RING 3 with Spare Battery 27NOV20

Received only the Spare Battery on 30NOV20

Contacted RING CS - on 01DEC20 asking where is the rest of the order - after much run around got told rest of order was being expedited throught FedEx but NEVER got any tracking FedEx tracking number!

Contacted RING CS again today 02DEC20 again asking where is the rest of my order… AM now told that order has a NEW USPS tracking number dated 28NOV20… (Notice NOT FedEX - more lies?)
