I have the ring 2 pro hard-wired installed and connection gets hung up; button won’t stop spinning white no matter what I do… I’ve gone through the set up process several times. Is it a bad unit? Thank you.
Hi @jia7224! Can you please let me know at what part in the setup you are getting hung up on? If you are having troubles connecting to the Ring AP, you may want to try setting up the Doorbell on another device, such as another phone or tablet, to see if setup completes. If you’re getting hung up on it connecting to your wifi network, after the Ring AP, please attach a screenshot of what your app says when you try to connect, so we can take a further look into this.
