Hi @user3840. If you haven't already, I'd suggest checking the RSSI for the Video Doorbell 3 Plus, as the RSSI is a measure of how strong the wifi connection is. You can read more about RSSI in our Community Post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4), and you'll want to make sure you don't have a high RSSI as this could cause your Doorbell to disconnect from wifi.
