Ring doorbell 3 plus not staying connected to wifi anymore. Worked fine for a whole year with no problems. I need help!
Hi @user3840. If you haven’t already, I’d suggest checking the RSSI for the Video Doorbell 3 Plus, as the RSSI is a measure of how strong the wifi connection is. You can read more about RSSI in our Community Post here, and you’ll want to make sure you don’t have a high RSSI as this could cause your Doorbell to disconnect from wifi.
