Won't record

So I just recently got some flood light pro cams… and it don’t record I can walk right in front of it and get nothing. Sometimes I can walk by and it does record then if I stop and give it time to stop and start walking again I get nothing… what is the point of buying these cameras and then not working how they are attended to be used for.

Hi @user75177. I would recommend adjusting your Motion Settings for your Camera to see if it helps. To start, increase your Motion Sensitivity and verify that your Motion Zones are covering the area you want. Let me know if this helps.
