Wont connect

Hi i hope someone can help me ive just change my broadband provider but my ring doorbell wont connect or set up for the new one does anyone know what to do

Hi @user32448. If you have a new wifi network name and password, you can walk through these steps to reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. You can also use the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to walk through a whole new setup, which will also allow you to connect your Doorbell to the new wifi network. If you run into any issues during that, you can find troubleshooting steps here that can help.
