Won’t connect to WiFi

I took down my ring to move to another door and it won’t reconnect to WiFi and getting no support any ideas pls help

Hi @Idkwhatsup! If you have a battery powered Video Doorbell, I recommend bringing it inside near your router to connect before relocating it outside. As long as the network is the same, the Video Doorbell should reconnect with no troubles. Sometimes completing a new setup in the Ring app can help to reconnect. Please also ensure the battery is fully charged.

If you have a Video Doorbell Pro, or a model that supports 2.4 and 5 Ghz, I recommend connecting to the 2.4 Ghz network. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
