I have a ring door bell that won’t connect to live view. It stays constantly on activating device. I have reset the bell and it still has not helped. My internet connection reads that it is strong and any time the bell is rung it displays a black recording. I have even disabled the app and then re added it. Nothing is working, any help would be most appreciated. It was working for a long time and all of a sudden stopped. Not sure what’s wrong.

It sounds like you may need to look into the ports and protocol settings on your router to ensure the Ring device is allowed to connect and pull up the Live View from your internet’s connection. After checking and making those adjustments to your settings, please try to activate the Live View.
