wiring in replacent Doorbell Pro

Hi All,

I have a replacement Ring Doorbell Pro as existing one became faulty.

I was wondering whether its okay to remove old one and fit new one without switching off the Mains electricity? Cannot find any trip fuse on the consumer unit to isolate electric to the doorbell.

I believe its just a 2 wire job but don’t fancy an electric shock…

Hi @greg777. We definitely recommend to turn the power off at the breaker, so please do not skip this step when setting up the new Doorbell Pro! I don’t want anything bad happening to you either. :slight_smile:
