Wiring Doorbell with chime Honeywell D3230

Hello, My current chime is a Honywell D3230 with transformer as bellow. ![1700811235577|375x500](upload://oQbHlRIQFvKqHghEVdCDE6yuwd0.jpeg) I installed a Video Doorbell Wired by removing cable from 3 and put it on above one. Ring Doorbell is working but without sound of my old chime. Is there any solution to have Bell sound of my old chime ? Regards, Samuel

Hi @Samuel-67. The [Video Doorbell Wired](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-wired) will not ring your internal chime kit. This is noted on the product page. To receive an audible alert in your home when someone rings the Doorbell, you can use a [Ring Chime](https://ring.com/products/chime-gen2) or a [compatible Alexa device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246412-Ring-Supported-Alexa-Enabled-Devices).
