So recently my doorbell keeps turning off at first thought it needed charging so put it on charge when battery was full put back outside only worked for couple hrs before turning off again battery still at 99% so not that it has done this several times since.only seems to work when plugged into charger any ideas.

Hi @Jansbuns19. What is the RSSI for this device? This information can be found in the Device Health menu. Try placing your camera in the same room as your router, not plugging it into a charger, and see if it still turns off. This would help you to discern if this was RSSI related or not. Let me know how this goes.

The rssi is -59 the router is in the hallway right next to the front door where the doorbell is situated so it isn’t that what is the problem.

Hi @Jansbuns19. Thanks for that information. While -59 isn't great, it shouldn't cause the device to fall offline. Does you network have automatic switching between 2.4/5GHz networks? If so, try connecting to a dedicated 2.4GHz network.

Yes have tried everything but still keeps going off after few hours
