My wireless camera has stopped connecting to WiFi network. I have attempted to re-add the device several times and it is seemingly not broadcasting the set up network ssid. How often do radios fail? Is this under warranty?
Hey @Ahcondo. If you are unable to get the setup network to broadcast so that you can set up the device again, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times. They can see if there are any additional steps to take to get it to work, and if not, they will check to see if you’re still in warranty to get a replacement.
