My Ring Spotlight Pro is hardwired using the Ring hardwired kit. It was installed yesterday. Even though it’s hardwired, the battery is only at 92%. When I try to turn on motion warning, I’m told “This Ring device doesn’t support Motion Warning. This feature is only offered on select wired and plug-in Doorbells and Cams.“
I’ve confirmed that the camera is operating in wired mode, not battery mode. See picture attached.
Switch your Camera to Battery Mode and then back to Wired Mode. The link I have provided is for the Stick Up Cam, but the steps are the same for the Spotlight Cam Pro.
Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
