My ring spotlight camera has become faulty. I have had it for about 14 months. Its picks up motions as I get notifications on my phone, however it not let me live view and when I try to view motions the recording is just black. The WiFi signal is good and I’m not sure what the issue is. Is this still covered under warranty and has anyone else had this issue.
