Wired security camera lights on but offline and won’t reset

I have a hardwired security camera that started keeping the lights on but went offline and won’t reset. This happened after we an internet issue and router rebooted on its own. Tried to reset with button on top, but got no blue light or anything in camera area. I took down and wired it to test the next day and still no resetting.

Hi @Chal5920. Which model of Ring Camera is this? You can find the model name on the back of the Camera or on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Make sure the Camera has sufficient power, then try to reset it by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
