Wired security cam lost internet connection

I’ve have a wire security cam for a year now and has worked perfectly. All of a sudden it goes offline.

I am unable to reconnect to the internet now after a year of a strong signal. I have removed the device trying to start over as a new one, unplugged, plugged back in, soft reboot and running out of options. Any suggestions?
