Wired ring doorbell permanent blue light

I have a wired ring door bell that has been working all good for about 2 months. It now says the doorbell is offline and won’t reconnect to the internet.
I have took the cover off and held the reset button but it won’t come off the blue light, it Just stays permanently blue?!
Any ideas/help would be appreciated

Hi @Doorbelldave. Try disconnecting the Doorbell Wired from power for about 10 minutes, then reconnect power. Once power is reintroduced, try performing a reset and then reconnect to the internet. To perform a reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Let me know if this works!
