Hey all, previously my ring video doorbell showed all daytime events and live views in color. Great color. Now here it is 11am and I’m only seeing a black and white feed. I’ve restarted and nothing is working. Has anyone else experienced this, if so what did you do to fix it? Help?!
Hi @Bornbreezy. It sounds like the night vision is stuck on. Try getting a bright flashlight and shining in directly at the Doorbell for 20 seconds. This should trigger the night vision to turn off. Additionally, you can reset the device by pressing nd holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. After that is complete, you’ll need to reconnect the device to wifi.
