Wired ring doorbell. Night vision doesn’t work after update

I’ve had ring doorbell for a month now. Night vision was brilliant on it . but update was a few weeks after and now I can’t see end of the drive way . Before I could see everything ! Both pictures below with and with out . Anyone have any ideas spoken to tech help line not much help tried reset etc etc

Hi @Carlaldred. Would you happen to have the Color Night Vision feature enabled? The top image looks like you might have Color Night Vision turned on, and the bottom looks like it is turned off. This Help Center article here has more information about this feature and some great troubleshooting steps. Let me know if this is helpful!

I’ve had the ring wired doorbell for a few months and noticed yesterday I no longer have the same camera settings available as before. The only ones I have now are Tap for Live view and video recording length. Previously I would have had colour vision settings.
Did an update remove them?

Hi @user822. What version of the Ring app do you have installed? Also, what model doorbell do you have? You should be able to change the settings by tapping on Device Settings > Video Settings. Be sure you are logged into the Owner account and that you are not set as a Shared User.
