I installed the Wired Plus Pro Floodlight yesterday. All works great except through the app I can’t adjust the brightness. Settings / Device Settings / Light Settings / Light Brightness - Slider does not seem to work. I have it on with a schedule of Dusk to 3:00 AM … Any thoughts?
Hi @GregNY68. What version of the Ring app do you have installed and what type of phone is this happening on? Secondly, how do you have your schedule configured-Do you have it configured have the lights off when the schedule is on? Do you have Motion Activated Lights enabled? Thanks, neighbor.
