Wired motion sensor, unable to connect to new Wi-Fi

I changed my internet carrier. Got the ring doorbell online with the new Wi-Fi. Can’t get the motion sensor on. It is hardwired and powered on to start the process. It gets stuck at 95% to reconnect it. I restarted router. I restarted the process. What’s next? Thank you!
