My indoor camera microphone is not working. I could heard whatever is coming from the camera, but I’m not audible to whoever is on the other side. What can i do to resolve this issue?
Hi @612eabaaaeb31642caee. First, try to use the Live View from another device or from Ring.com. If you are able to use the audio from one of those platforms, you may need to check the permission on your phone. If you are still having issues, try a reboot of your Indoor Cam by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, or releasing.
