Wired floodlight - nighttime viewing now dark

My 1+ year old wired floodlight does not provide a clear view during darkness - unlike before, only when the lights come on can I view the area. I have another wired floodlight that is working fine. I've done a hard reset, but no resolution. I've uploaded a two-camera snapshot showing both cameras. HELP!
