My wired floodlight cam plus won’t connect to the internet and is flashing one long blue flash, then rapid white flashes. Does this just mean it’s not connected to wifi?
Hi @user66436. Try fully resetting your Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, attempt to set the Floodlight Cam up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the setup fails, we have various troubleshooting steps here that you can try, based on the part of the setup that you’re getting stuck at.
