I have just “upgraded” my battery ring doorbell to the wired version as despite the battery one being hardwired, the trickle charge wasn’t enough to keep the battery alive when it got cold. The video quality is terrible compared to the battery version. It’s so dark considering I get the sun at the front of the house all day and I can’t see people’s faces when they come to my door. The signal strength is good, the same as what the battery one had. Voltage from the transformer is 15V. Can anyone advise?
