Wired doorbell flash blue even that everything ok in app

My Ring Video Doorbell - wired has stop working. I have reinstall the doorbell several times and in the app everything is fine. Health ok, wifi ok etc. But the doorbell is flashing blue (1 sec on - 1 sec off). After a couple of minutes it goes offline again.
It stopped working even if there was no changes in the house, wifi etc.

Any idea?

Hi @user28059. The light pattern may be stuck on the Video Doorbell. I’d recommend trying a full reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, take the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
