Wired but stuck

Hi I’ve wired doorbell to Legrand doorbell. Says it’s compatible. Door bell flashes blue 1 second. Periodically senses movement and plays a greeting tada. Speaks half word then goes back to flashing blue. Any ideas. So frustrating.
