My wired camera is currently in battery mode despite still being plugged in to the electricity. Spoke to customer service but no resolvution made. Any suggestions?
I am having the same issue. I have a Cam Pro Plus and I have tried 3 different solar panels that did not work. Now I’ve purchased a plug for the cam and it still don’t work! I’m beyond frustrated with this. I believe these cameras are defective in that area.
Hi Neighbors. Have you adjusted this in the Settings? Go to Device Settings and then General Settings to select the appropriate power source. Let me know if this helps.
