Hi, have installed the Windows 10 app anticipating to not miss a caller when wearing my headphones. Everything set up notification wise, notifications and popups on (motion and doorbell ring), sounds selected and the volume is up - but I get no notifications whatsoever and never have since installing.
I can review event history fine and the app seems to work in every other aspect.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Hi @goodgem. I would make sure that your Windows OS is up-to-date as well as your Ring app. Next, make sure that you don’t have an active VPN running. If these are both checked and you’re still not getting notifications, it may be best to reach out to our support team to look into this for you.
