IT here…One of our users just purchased Ring device for the office of 10, and they want the app, but we have disabled the Windows Store so they can;t download it from there…is there an offline installer available? Thanks.
Hi @AlbarelliJ. I recommend to try to enable the Windows Store temporarily in order for the person in the office to download the Ring app. If you are still unable to do this, please have the user download it on their personal mobile device and they can manage the Ring Device from there.
