Will not record past 10 seconds

Why does my doorbell camera only record for 10 seconds when I have 120 seconds selected? It is so frustrating to not have full video of incidents that happen because the camera cuts off at 10 seconds.

Hi @Sweetie1320. Try toggling the video recording length to a different time, and then toggling it back to 120 seconds as you originally had it. If that doesn't resolve this, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. You'll need to set it back up in the Ring App again with the steps under Set Up a Device, but this can help resolve concerns like what you're experiencing. If this continues to happen, it would be best for you to follow up with our support team directly. They can take a closer look at your device and account to determine why it's not recording for the selected length. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

I'm also having this problem. All my videos recently are capped at around 10s. I tried to change the duration to 60s and back to 30s, but videos are still cut short.
