Will not connect

When going through setup, it asks to join right network but never gets access. This setup can’t be completed.

Hey @Aj_mn. Since you are stuck at connecting to the Ring AP, are you able to go into your wifi network available and manually connect to that network? Have you ensured that your device is in setup mode (normally it is a spinning white light to indicate that it is broadcasting the setup mode)? Please try resetting your device by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds to see if you can get the device into setup mode after the reset, or try setting up the device from another phone or tablet that you can get the Ring app on.
