We recently replaced our Xfinity Router with a new Xfi Gateway. I have 2 Ring Video Doorbell cameras but can’t get them to connect to our WiFi. All of our other devices are connected, phones, Alexa and Google home but I can’t find where to change the password in the Ring App. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi there @Klwell. Since you likely have a new wifi network name and password, you’ll need to follow the prompts in the Ring App to reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. All you need to do is open the Ring App > Main Menu > Devices > your Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect to Wi-Fi. You’ll then be prompted to walk through the reconnection process which will allow you to choose the new wifi network and enter the new password. I hope that helps!
