Can you anyone advised me on how to deal with problem in connecting the cctv to wifi. I’ve already check the wifi connection it’s good. Unfortunately I still can’t connect it

    Hi @user71722. What seems to be the issue? Can you be more specific? What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? Can you share a screenshot of the error you are getting during setup?
