For the last 2 weeks the connection between WiFi and ring door bell cuts out between the hours of 2.30am and 7am? Works fine before and after ? We got it as a fox is trying to attack our cat and these are the hours the fox usually comes
Hi @user52550. Is your Doorbell disconnecting from the wifi network at this time each night? If so, Iβd highly suggest checking your router settings. There may be an automatic reboot cycle in place, causing the Doorbell to get kicked off the network at the same time. Itβs unlikely to be a signal strength issue if the Doorbell is disconnecting at the same time every night.
