Wifi crashing after Doorbell motion alert sent

Hi, my doorbell works fine, including a Chime.

But… for some unknown reason, when the first motion alert is detected (and sent to the rign app, notifications, and chime) the home wifi “crashes” (need to reset the wifi router to solve it. and then, it is ok again).

Anyone having the same problem? Any solutions? Maybe there is a setup to change or adjust? Any comments from the Ring team?


Hi @raffofelix. It sounds like you need to make some adjustments on your router to ensure that it can allow the Ring device to function properly.
