My ring alarm states there is motion at the door yet will not open when icon is tapped. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Hi @Mmoore935! Just to clarify, is this an Alarm motion alert or a Doorbell motion alert? An Alarm motion detector will only notify of a motion if you choose it to do so, but is not camera enabled. To view a video, you would want to select the motion notification for your Doorbell/ Camera, or even live view from the Ring app. Either way, the Ring app should open upon tapping any notification banner to view. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device if this is not the case. I hope this helps!
