Got a new Ring Pro 2, with Chime 2 Pro. First i got “person detection” working as normal, but now i only got “motion detection”. Whats wrong with setting? Why will my door bell not recognize people anymore?? Please see pic from when its working, this was the last time i got “person detecded”
I would start by checking all your settings again. What mode are you in = Disabled, Home or Away. They all handle settings differently and could be causing the problem. I had smart responses set and it wouldn’t work, took a few minutes to realize I had system disabled.
Omg!!! Same with my replacement floodlight ring sent me. After the AWS outage my first one stopped recording period. Now the new one records but it can’t pickup people, only motion.
